01.ai Plans Hong Kong IPO After 2027 Fiscal Year, Already 50% Revenue from Overseas

According to Bloomberg, 01.ai (Zero One Infinity), an AI startup founded by AI expert Kai-Fu Lee, plans to launch its initial public offering (IPO) in Hong Kong after the 2027 fiscal year, with plans to pursue Pre-IPO funding rounds during its first annual earnings announcement. The company is currently adjusting its overseas holding structure to align with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations for specialized technology enterprises. Founded in 2023, 01.ai has pivoted from developing proprietary large language models to building enterprise AI infrastructure services based on fine-tuned versions of domestic open-source models including DeepSeek, Alibaba Qwen, and Zhipu GLM. Lee disclosed that approximately 50% of the company's current business revenue comes from overseas markets.
