Amity Opens Singapore AI Hub After Raising US$100M Series D

Thailand-founded enterprise AI firm Amity launched its Singapore office and AI Research & Application Center on June 29 following a US$100 million Series D funding round led by EDBI, an investment arm of SG Growth Capital. The center will develop industry-specific AI models, with the Singapore base supporting enterprise clients across Southeast Asia. Amity plans to create up to 60 roles in Singapore over the next three years and will use the funding for AI research, strategic acquisitions in Europe and Southeast Asia, and hiring.
