AT&T Launches Five-Part Euro and Pound Bond Offering Today

According to Jin10, on July 27, AT&T launched a five-part debt offering comprising four euro-denominated bonds and one sterling-denominated bond. The euro bonds carry maturities of 4, 8, 12, and 19 years, while the pound bond has a 26-year maturity. The bonds are expected to be priced later today. Barclays, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, and Wells Fargo Securities are managing the offering.
