According to BlockBeats, B2C2, a crypto market maker and liquidity provider, obtained a Crypto Asset Service Provider (CASP) license from Luxembourg's Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) on May 15, formally coming under the European Union's Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulatory framework.
Under the license, B2C2 can provide spot OTC trading services across 27 EU member states and certain European Economic Area countries via the MiCA "passport mechanism," enabling cross-border digital asset liquidity provision. The company said it is among the first global OTC liquidity providers authorized under MiCA, following its VASP registration in Luxembourg in 2024.
