According to ZhiTong Caijing, Beijing Baipuyesu Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (301080.SZ) prospectus for Hong Kong IPO filing submitted on January 26, 2026, expired on July 26, 2026, after reaching its six-month validity period. China Merchants Securities International served as the sole sponsor.

Baipuyesu is a global life science tools and technology service provider specializing in biotech solutions across research, manufacturing, and clinical applications. The company offers biological reagents including recombinant proteins and antibodies, alongside comprehensive technical services. According to Frost & Sullivan, Baipuyesu ranks third globally and first among all Chinese suppliers in recombinant protein markets by 2024 revenue.
