Bitcoin ETP One-Year Rolling Flows Hit -1,176 BTC on June 18, First Negative Reading Since November 2023

According to K33, Bitcoin ETP one-year rolling nominal flows fell to -1,176 BTC as of June 18, marking the first negative reading since November 2023. Global Bitcoin ETP holdings currently stand at 1,466,029 BTC, down 127,774 BTC from the peak—the largest decline on record. ETP holdings have dropped 8% from their peak, according to research lead Vetle Lunde.

Outflows have moderated in recent weeks, with daily average outflows of 625 BTC over the past two weeks compared to 4,462 BTC between May 11 and June 5. Despite the pullback, Bitcoin ETPs retain 92% of their asset exposure relative to the October 2025 high.
