According to FalconX senior derivatives trader Ivan Lim quoted by Bloomberg, Bitcoin held near $65,350 on Monday despite $465 million in U.S. spot ETF outflows on July 23 and 24, gaining about 1.4% despite the institutional flow reversal. The ETF inflow streak ended as expectations for tighter Federal Reserve policy returned to market focus, with renewed caution over legislation also weighing on sentiment.

Year to date, U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs show roughly $5.4 billion in net outflows, indicating cautious institutional sentiment despite July's rebound. Bitcoin has maintained support around the $64,000 to $65,000 area after rebounding from the month's low near $58,000.
