Bithumb Selected as Best Call Center in 2026 KSQI with 98.9% Phone Response Rate

Bithumb was selected as a Best Call Center in 2026 KSQI (Korean Service Quality Index), administered by Korea Productivity Center (KMAC), on June 25. The KSQI evaluation assesses call center customer service quality, consultation expertise, and customer convenience across major Korean companies. As of May, Bithumb maintained a 98.9% phone consultation response rate and over 98% average response rate across all customer channels, with 24/7 support available since November 2024.
