China's Foreign Ministry Responds to Japan-India Critical Minerals Cooperation on July 3

According to Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun on July 3, China responded to Indian Prime Minister Modi's statement that Japan and India will strengthen cooperation in critical minerals. The Foreign Ministry said international cooperation should enhance mutual understanding and trust between regional countries and maintain regional peace and stability, rather than target third parties or damage their interests. The statement opposed exclusive "small circles" and called on all nations to maintain open cooperation to stabilize and secure global supply chains.
