China's NDRC Releases AI Cooperation Development Plan With Eight Major Initiatives

According to ChainCatcher, China's National Development and Reform Commission recently released the AI Cooperation Development Plan, aiming to build an open, shared, and secure global AI ecosystem. The plan outlines eight core initiatives spanning data, computing power, algorithms, talent, and governance. Key measures include promoting cross-border data flows and establishing trusted data spaces, advancing interconnected intelligent computing infrastructure with green energy, fostering international AI open-source communities, and co-developing shared foundational models and tools.
