China's Trade Relationship with EU Is Win-Win, Beijing Says; No Deliberate Pursuit of Surplus

According to Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lin Jian, China's trade relationship with Europe is fundamentally built on mutual benefit and win-win cooperation, and Beijing does not intentionally pursue a trade surplus with the EU (July 21). Lin stated that the two sides can resolve existing differences through dialogue and negotiation, and that these disagreements should not become obstacles to mutual trust or serve as pretexts for unfounded accusations against China.
