CleanSpark Signs 20-Year Infrastructure Lease Worth Up to $11.6 Billion

According to Foresight News, data center developer CleanSpark (CLSK) has signed a 20-year infrastructure lease agreement with an investment-grade technology company at its Sandersville, Georgia facility. The triple-net lease is expected to generate approximately $6.6 billion in contract revenue during the initial term, with a maximum total value of $11.6 billion if two 5-year renewal options are exercised. The agreement covers 175 megawatts of critical IT load, with deliveries expected to begin in Q4 2027. The tenant's identity has not been disclosed.
