According to Count Finance, the company has launched Stocks and Shares ISAs integrated into its regulated advice platform, powered by Alpaca's recently acquired WealthKernel infrastructure. The move targets the UK's investment advice gap: only 9% of UK adults currently receive regulated financial advice, according to the Financial Conduct Authority.
Unlike execution-only platforms, Count evaluates whether an ISA is appropriate within each customer's overall financial plan, recommending allocation levels and underlying funds accordingly. The company has already secured more than £10 million in committed assets under advice and plans to expand through partnerships as it moves beyond the FCA's regulatory sandbox.
