Crypto Derivatives Market Posts $90.86M in Liquidations Over 24 Hours, Short Positions Dominate

According to CoinGlass, over the past 24 hours the cryptocurrency derivatives market saw approximately $90.86 million in liquidations involving 50,635 traders. Short liquidations totaled $49.36 million compared to $41.49 million in long liquidations.

Binance led exchange liquidations with $41.60 million, followed by Hyperliquid ($17.57 million) and Bybit ($10.12 million). The largest single liquidation occurred on Hyperliquid's XYZ:BRENTOIL-USD contract at $9.35 million.
