Crypto Trade Groups Pen Letter Supporting Clarity Act on July 24

According to the Crypto Council for Innovation, Blockchain Association, and Digital Chamber, on Friday, July 24, these three major trade associations sent a joint letter to Senate leaders supporting the latest draft of the Clarity Act, a market structure bill designed to establish the first comprehensive federal consumer protection framework for digital asset markets. The letter noted that approximately 67 million Americans—about one in four—already own digital assets, and emphasized that the Senate should act to establish durable rules that protect consumers and safeguard markets while allowing innovation to thrive in the United States.
