Crypto YouTuber Carl Moon Admits Content Drives Retail Investment Buying

According to a BeInCrypto interview, Carl Moon (Carl Runefelt), a Swedish creator with 650,000 YouTube subscribers, recently admitted that his content directly influences retail investment decisions. "If I say I buy something, I know people will buy it," Runefelt stated, reflecting on the 2021-2022 cycle when altcoins he covered surged before collapsing by 80–95%. He committed to no longer promoting small-cap tokens and said he never knowingly promoted scams. David Wulschner of Crypto Familie reached a similar position through a different path, abandoning price predictions after observing his audience act directly on his video recommendations. Both creators now prioritize audience education and treat trust as central to their responsibility.
