Daishin Securities Cuts Korean Electric Power's Target Price to 64,000 Won on July 23, Maintains Buy Rating

According to Daishin Securities, the brokerage cut Korean Electric Power (KOSEC) target price from 72,000 won to 64,000 won on July 23, citing delayed momentum for K-nuclear technology's U.S. market entry and South Korea's interest rate increases. The firm maintained its buy rating on the stock.

For 2026, the brokerage expects KOSEC to deliver dividend per share of 2,310 won with a dividend yield of 5.3% at current prices, citing recent price decline as a buying opportunity.
