Duksan Nepcore and DTS Pass KOSDAQ Listing Review with 90%+ Shareholder Approval on July 21

According to the Korean Exchange, Duksan Nepcore and DTS passed KOSDAQ market listing preliminary review on July 21, becoming the first cases to proactively comply with new duplicate listing regulations before their official implementation. Duksan Nepcore, a subsidiary of Duksan Himetal, secured 92.7% shareholder approval in a special general meeting held in May. DTS, a subsidiary of Daisan Networks, obtained 90.3% approval in its shareholder vote last month. Both parent companies conducted shareholder impact assessments, shareholder engagement sessions, and independent evaluations before the votes, voluntarily adopting the requirements set by South Korea's financial authorities on July 6.
