Foxconn Q2 Revenue Jumps 39.8% to $78.6B on AI Demand, Beats Estimates

According to Reuters, Foxconn's second-quarter revenue rose 39.8% year on year to T$2.513 trillion (US$78.6 billion) on July 5, beating analyst estimates of T$2.372 trillion (US$74.2 billion) as AI demand drove growth. The company's cloud and networking products division and smart consumer electronics division, which includes iPhones, both grew strongly. June revenue reached a record T$821.8 billion (US$25.7 billion), up 52.1% year on year. Foxconn expects third-quarter operations to grow both quarter-on-quarter and year-on-year, though it cautioned that global political and economic conditions remain volatile.
