According to Bloomberg, Galaxy Digital announced plans to raise $3.5 billion through a junk-bond sale on July 22, with five-year notes marketed at a yield of approximately 9% expected to price on Thursday. The proceeds will fund the Helios data center campus in Dickens County, Texas, where CoreWeave has committed to lease computing capacity. Galaxy completed Phase I earlier this year, delivering 133 megawatts of critical IT load to CoreWeave, while Phase II deliveries are expected in the first half of 2027. The Helios campus has 1.63 gigawatts of approved power capacity, with CoreWeave committing 526 megawatts across all phases under 15-year leases.
