Gate Live officially launches the live multi-connection (join-in) feature, enabling real-time voice interaction between viewers and hosts.

Gate News reports that, according to Gate’s official announcement, Gate Live has officially launched a new “multistream/line-calling feature.” The feature supports use on both ends (App version v8.19.0), allowing viewers and hosts to engage in real-time voice interactions, enhancing audience engagement and improving communication efficiency in the live room.

When applying to start a broadcast, hosts can choose to enable the multistream/line-calling feature. When a viewer initiates a multistream/line-calling request, the host can view the request details and choose to accept or reject. Viewers start the request by clicking the “Multistream/Line-calling” button in the live room; after the host approves the request, the microphone can be turned on for real-time交流.

The multistream/line-calling feature is applicable to various live scenarios, including Q&A interactions, roundtable discussions, sharing viewpoints, as well as game livestreams and quiz/betting-style content. Gate says it will continue to optimize Gate Live’s product capabilities and keep exploring more interactive content formats.
