According to Jin10, Genesis Minerals proposed an acquisition offer valuing Vault Minerals at approximately 5.6 billion Australian dollars (3.9 billion USD) on July 6. The bid values each Vault share at 5.274 Australian dollars, representing a 15.7% premium over the company's previous closing price. The offer also exceeds Regis Resources' all-stock acquisition proposal from May by nearly 6%.
