Germany Halts Pipeline Upgrade for Rosneft Refinery on Monday Pending State Aid Review

The refinery, which was previously cut off from Russian crude oil supplies, was seeking to install alternative pipeline infrastructure. The ministry disclosed the decision in a written response to a parliamentary inquiry from the Left party.
