Germany's Manufacturing PMI Hits 52.2 in July, Reaches 4-Month High

According to S&P Global, Germany's manufacturing PMI preliminary reading stood at 52.2 on July 24, up from 50.3 in June and marking the highest level in four months. The services sector PMI came in at 49.6, up from 48.6 in the prior month, though still below the 50-point expansion threshold. The composite PMI reached 51.2, also the strongest reading in four months.
