According to SoSoValue, global listed companies (excluding mining firms) made net bitcoin purchases of just $1.33 million in the past week as of July 20, down 98.4% from the previous week. Strategy did not increase its BTC holdings, while Japanese-listed Metaplanet similarly made no purchases.
Asset manager Strive purchased 21 BTC for $1.15 million on July 20 at an average price of $63,221, bringing its total holdings to approximately 19,921 BTC. Capital holding firm ORANGE JUICE completed a $40 million funding round to purchase bitcoin. Globally, listed companies now hold 1,139,656 BTC worth approximately $73.76 billion, representing 5.7% of bitcoin's circulating supply.
