China Hongqiao (02600) led blue-chip gainers with a 9.59% jump to HK$8.23 per share, after the company issued a positive earnings announcement forecasting first-half net profit of 11.2 to 12.2 billion yuan, a year-over-year increase of 58% to 73%. Computing hardware stocks surged, with PCB makers rebounding strongly as upstream manufacturers reported consolidated first-half earnings forecasts showing significant growth, validating improved sector momentum. Customs data released on July 14 showed first-half imports and exports of computing hardware components reached 5.13 trillion yuan, up 56.6% year-over-year.
