Hyperscale Data signed its first master services agreement to supply 20 megawatts of AI compute capacity at its Michigan data center campus on June 24, with contract value potentially exceeding $1.2 billion over its full term. The agreement with a California-based neocloud provider covers an initial 10-year term plus two five-year extension options, with revenue expected to begin as early as late September 2026. The deal includes options to expand to 52 megawatts, and if additional capacity rights are exercised, total contract value could exceed $3.0 billion. Hyperscale Data shares rose approximately 20% following the announcement. The company, which currently operates about 28 megawatts of Bitcoin mining capacity at the Michigan campus, is shifting the facility toward AI and high-performance computing infrastructure.
