Iran's Parliament Speaker Calls for Military Readiness While Advocating Diplomacy on July 15

According to Jin10, Iran's Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf issued a statement on the evening of July 15 regarding ongoing tensions and domestic matters. Ghalibaf stated that while Iran has never welcomed war, the nation must remain prepared for combat to protect national security and interests. He emphasized that Iran should simultaneously leverage diplomatic and negotiation channels to achieve and consolidate national benefits. Ghalibaf also noted that memorandums of understanding hold value only when all terms are valid and actively implemented; if Iran cannot benefit from such agreements, there is no reason to comply with them.
