Japan's Commercial Crude Oil Inventories Decline 331,964 Thousand Liters Week Ended July 11

According to Japan's Petroleum Association (PAJ), Japan's commercial crude oil inventories declined by 331,964 thousand liters in the week ended July 11, falling to 10.27 billion liters from 10.60 billion liters the previous week. Refinery operating capacity utilization rose to 86.20% from 83.00%, while design capacity utilization increased to 74.60% from 73.00%.
