Joyson Electronics Unveils Dexterous Hand, 380 Wh/kg Hybrid Battery at WAIC 2026

According to Guoshi Financial, Joyson Electronics (600699.SH/00699) unveiled multiple robotic core components at the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference on July 17, including a dexterous hand with 20 degrees of freedom, a hybrid solid-liquid battery, a third-generation AI head module, and an electronic skin. The company's flagship dexterous hand integrates three drive types with a micro-actuator that is 50% smaller in volume and 30% lighter, with torque density 2-3 times higher than competitors.

The hybrid battery pack achieved 380 Wh/kg energy density with a 60% improvement in range, 2000+ charge cycles, and 30-minute charging to 80%. Joyson Electronics also announced that its humanoid robot controller has begun mass-production supply to leading robotics companies, marking acceleration in commercialization.
