Kiwoom Launches US CPU Semiconductor ETF on July 28, Allocating 80% to Intel, AMD, ARM, Qualcomm

According to Asia Economy, Kiwoom Asset Management launches the 'KIWOOM US CPU Semiconductor TOP4+' exchange-traded fund (ETF) on July 28, allocating approximately 80% to Intel, AMD, ARM Holdings, and Qualcomm. The remaining 20% invests in related CPU ecosystem companies including Nvidia, Apple, TSMC, Broadcom, Marvell Technology, and Cadence Design Systems.

The ETF is designed to capture the shift in AI infrastructure, where CPU performance increasingly determines GPU utilization efficiency as AI models scale. The fund combines x86-based architectures with ARM-based ecosystems, covering chip design, semiconductor manufacturing, and AI server segments.
