KOSPI Slides 3.84% to 8,088.34 as Foreign Investors Dump 19.84 Trillion KRW, but Retail and Institutions Defend 8,000 Mark

According to MoneyToday, South Korea's KOSPI index closed Friday (July 3) down 3.84% at 8,088.34 as foreign investors dumped 19.84 trillion Korean won during the week. Retail investors net bought 11.12 trillion KRW and institutions net bought 8.12 trillion KRW, absorbing the outflow and defending the psychologically important 8,000 level.
