McDonald's Sells Hong Kong Property in Sham Shui Po for HK$93M, Down 30% From Previous Asking Price

According to Hong Kong Economic Daily and other Hong Kong media, McDonald's sold its property in Sham Shui Po for HK$93 million (US$11.9 million), representing a 30% decline from the previous year's asking price. The property spans approximately 7,556 square feet, with a selling price of roughly HK$12,300 per square foot.

McDonald's originally acquired the property in 1988 for HK$18.9 million.
