Mirae Asset Securities Secures 1.26 Trillion Won From SK Hynix for M&A Fund

According to the Korean investment banking industry, Mirae Asset Securities raised 1.26 trillion won on July 3 through the issuance of long-term corporate paper (CP) with a minimum maturity of two years, with SK Hynix purchasing the full issuance amount. The move marks the first time Mirae Asset Securities has issued long-term CP, a structure typically used for short-term fundraising but now extended beyond one year, requiring securities registration approval.
