MOMENTA Clears Hong Kong Main Board Listing Hearing; Ranks First Globally in Independent Autonomous Driving Solutions

According to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing, on June 23, MOMENTA GLOBAL LIMITED cleared its Hong Kong main board listing hearing, with China International Capital Corporation and Deutsche Bank as joint sponsors.

Based on the prospectus, the autonomous driving company ranks first globally among independent autonomous driving solution providers by cumulative production vehicle sales and number of production vehicle models equipped with its city-level NOA solution as of February 28, 2026. In 2025, MOMENTA was among the top five L2-level autonomous driving solution providers in China and top ten globally. The company has obtained design wins from 170 vehicle models, with 68 currently in mass production, a cumulative installed base exceeding 680,000 vehicles, and partnerships with 24 global automakers. For 2025, the company reported revenue of approximately 2.413 billion RMB, with a net loss of approximately 3.458 billion RMB.
