Robinhood CEO: AI Agents Will Provide Individual Investors Institutional-Grade Trading on July 2

According to CNBC, Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev said on July 2 that the company is expanding AI-based investment services to enable individual investors to access the same automated trading capabilities historically available only to institutional investors. Tenev stated that agent AI's goal is to perform all trading functions humans can execute, providing retail investors with computational power and trading tools comparable to those used by high-frequency trading firms for decades. In May, Robinhood launched a feature allowing AI to buy and sell stocks on users' behalf based on predefined investment goals and market conditions.
