Samsung Electronics HBM4 Shipments Surpass $1B in Just 4 Months

According to Jin10 data on June 23, Samsung Electronics' HBM4 memory has achieved over $1 billion in sales within only 4 months of mass production. The company held a global strategy conference to expand HBM sales and advance long-term supply agreements.

Meanwhile, Micron signed a multi-year storage product supply agreement with Anthropic. Industry analysts from Bernstein noted that conventional DRAM prices may continue rising through 2027, while HBM faces profitability margin pressure.
