SpaceX Stock Falls 15% Below IPO Price to $115 in 27 Trading Days

According to BeInCrypto, SpaceX (SPCX) stock closed near $115 on July 27, approximately 15% below its June 12 IPO price of $135. The stock hit a high of $225.64 on June 16 before falling 49% from that peak.

The company's market value has declined from $1.77 trillion at listing to about $1.52 trillion. Multiple factors contributed to the decline: Starship delays, rival Blue Origin raising new capital, and China successfully recovering a Long March 10B rocket booster on July 10. SpaceX faces two critical dates in August: earnings release on August 4 and a lock-up expiration on August 6, when up to 911.5 million insider shares become tradeable.
