According to Bloomberg, on July 9, newly established asset manager Subversive ETF submitted registration documents to U.S. securities authorities to launch exchange-traded funds that track the Nasdaq-100 and S&P 500 indices while excluding companies controlled or managed by Elon Musk. The proposed ticker symbols are QQNE and SPNE. Investors using these funds will gain broad market exposure while avoiding holdings in Tesla, SpaceX, and other Musk-affiliated enterprises. The product filing follows SpaceX's recent inclusion in the Nasdaq-100 index.
