Tangem Disputes Ledger Laser Attack Risk, Questions Competitor's Research

According to Foresight News, Tangem responded to Ledger Donjon's disclosed laser attack vulnerability, stating the attack requires approximately $250,000 in laboratory equipment, physical damage to cards, and professional expertise, with each attempt risking card destruction. Tangem emphasized that ordinary users face "nearly zero" practical risk and questioned the research credibility, noting Ledger Donjon is owned by competitor Ledger. Tangem highlighted that no confirmed cases of user asset losses from laser fault injection attacks have been documented to date.
