Taotao Auto Obtains China SEC Approval for Hong Kong IPO with 13.9M Share Offering on July 24

According to the China Securities Regulatory Commission on July 24, Taotao Auto obtained approval to issue no more than 13,933,950 shares and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. According to the prospectus, the company ranked first globally in the electric low-speed vehicle industry by revenue in 2025 with a market share of approximately 10.9%, according to Frost & Sullivan. The company offers electric mobility and power sport solutions, including electric low-speed vehicles, electric two-wheelers, all-terrain vehicles, and off-road motorcycles.
