Three Chinese Brokers Announce Share Buybacks Totaling Up to 700 Million Yuan on July 19

According to broker announcements, on July 19, three Chinese securities firms launched share buyback programs. Huaan Securities proposed buybacks of 100-200 million yuan, announced at 15:30, followed by Guolian Minsheng's 100-200 million yuan buyback announcement at 20:40. Combined with Guojin Securities' earlier June 8 buyback plan of 150-300 million yuan, the three brokers' total buyback range is 350-700 million yuan. Huaan Securities triggered the buyback after its stock fell 26.46% over 13 consecutive trading days through July 17, meeting the Shanghai Stock Exchange condition for share purchases to protect company value.
