Trump Directed Over $1.4B From Crypto Earnings Into Traditional Assets in 2025

According to Reuters citing financial disclosure documents filed with the Office of Government Ethics, in 2025 US President Donald Trump redirected over $1.4 billion in cryptocurrency earnings into traditional financial assets. The bulk of his crypto income came from memecoins World Liberty Financial (WLFI) and Official Trump (TRUMP). His stock and bond portfolio grew significantly from $225 million–$608 million at end-2024 to $703 million–$2.6 billion by end-2025.

Trump has not fully exited digital assets. His affiliated companies hold at least $160 million in Bitcoin and Ethereum, while he personally owns approximately 15.75 billion WLFI tokens worth about $50 million.
