UK AI Property Platform Dwelly Secures $170M Funding on July 28

According to Bloomberg, UK-based AI property platform Dwelly secured $170 million in funding on July 28 to acquire more rental service businesses and expand AI applications across operations. The round comprises $95 million in equity financing led by EQT Growth and General Catalyst, plus a $75 million debt facility from Trinity Capital. Dwelly did not disclose its valuation.

Founded in 2023, Dwelly has acquired 17 companies in the UK and provides AI software services for maintenance and contract management across approximately 15,000 properties.
