According to the UK Met Office and Xinhua News Agency, the UK's June temperature record was broken for the third consecutive day on June 26, with 37.3 degrees Celsius recorded in Suffolk County. The previous record for June in the UK was 35.6 degrees Celsius, set in both 1957 and 1976.
