Underdog Self-Certifies Seven Sports Contracts with CFTC on July 15, Targets Trading Launch by July 17

According to the CFTC product database, Underdog's exchange entity Aristotle Exchange DCM Inc. (operating as UDX) self-certified seven sports event-contract templates on July 15. The filings target first contract listings no later than July 17. The certifications cover three baseball and three basketball templates on game-winner, winning-margin, and total-score markets, plus one broader contract allowing markets on athlete or team outcome achievement. Each contract carries a $1 notional value and trades between $0.001 and $0.999. Underdog acquired Aristotle Exchange and its affiliated clearing organization in March to operate its own CFTC-registered exchange, transitioning from its prior role as an intermediary distributing contracts from third-party venues.
