U.S. Dividend ETFs See $3.24 Billion in Inflows Over Past Month as Korean Investors Shift to Stable Yields

According to KOSCOM ETF data, Korean investors shifted funds to U.S. dividend-focused ETFs in the past month amid rising interest rates and market volatility. Four domestic-listed ETF products tracking the Dow Jones U.S. Dividend 100 Index attracted 323.6 billion Korean won ($248 million) in net inflows, with TIGER U.S. Dividend Dow Jones ETF leading at 233.2 billion won. South Korean retail investors also purchased $70.12 million worth of the SCHD ETF directly listed in the U.S. over the same period. The underlying Dow Jones U.S. Dividend 100 Index gained 19.54% year-to-date, more than double the S&P 500's 9.55% gain.
