U.S. Military Strikes Three Locations in Iran's Abadan on July 13, Two Dead and Three Wounded

According to Iran's semi-official Mehr news agency, three locations in Abadan, southwestern Iran came under U.S. military missile strikes on July 13 at 1:45 p.m. local time, with two killed and three wounded so far, according to Valiolah Hayati, deputy governor of Iran's Khuzestan province.

Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Navy stated that the Strait of Hormuz remains closed, citing violations of a memorandum of understanding, and said any ships transiting the strait must obtain Iranian permission.
