Weichai Lovol Smart Agriculture Files for Hong Kong IPO for Third Time, H1 Export Revenue Surges 54%

According to Zhitong Finance, Weichai Lovol Smart Agriculture filed for Hong Kong IPO for the third time recently. In the first half of 2026, the company achieved revenue growth of 6.6% year-over-year, while overseas export revenue surged 54% year-over-year.

According to Frost & Sullivan, as of 2025 sales revenue, Weichai Lovol ranked first in China's agricultural machinery industry with a market share of 22.4%, and seventh globally with a 1.3% share. In the smart agricultural machinery sector, the company holds approximately 38.1% market share. Notably, intelligent tractor sales jumped to 46.8% of total tractor sales in 2025, up from 2.1% in 2023.
