WTI Crude Surges 2.95% to $88.61 on July 22, Abu Dhabi Murban Up 4.31%

WTI September crude futures rose $2.49, or 2.95%, today (July 22) to close at $86.83 per barrel, and climbed to $88.61 during Asian session trading as of 17:52 Beijing time. Abu Dhabi Murban crude surged 4.31% to $89.47 per barrel, having touched $91.30 at 16:29.

NYMEX August natural gas closed at $2.9250 per million British thermal units, while August gasoline futures settled at $3.4147 per gallon and August heating oil at $4.1488 per gallon.
